3. Right-click the selected data and choose “Copy” or press “Ctrl + C” on your keyboard.

4. Open a blank PowerPoint presentation (With no boxes to add title. If the blank PowerPoint has these boxes delete them or add a new blank slide and delete the previous slide)


5. Right-click anywhere on the slide or canvas and choose “Paste” or press “Ctrl + V” on your keyboard.
6. The copied data will appear as a table in the PowerPoint slide (You can resize the table using mouse and increase or reduce font size using the ribbon)

7. In PowerPoint, go to File > Save As and select JPEG as the format.

1. You can also copy the data by clicking on the Home tab on the main menu ribbon. In the Clipboard group, click on the little drop-down arrow next to Copy to display a list. Select the option “Copy as Picture.”

2. Doing this will give you two options of how you want to save your copied data. “As shown on screen” or “As shown when printed.”

3. Select your preference.

4. Click OK.

Note:

When copying and pasting, you can also remove the gridlines by going to the View tab and unchecking the Show gridlines check box before you copy your data.

1. Start by making sure all the data you want to save as an image is visible. To do this, zoom in or out of the worksheet.

2. Press the PrtSc key on your keyboard. Do this while holding the Alt

3. Open Microsoft Paint graphics editor or any other graphic editor of your choice.

4. Paste the copied data by clicking Ctrl + V.

5. In the displayed Paint Window, click on the blue drop-down arrow. It is in the upper left corner of the window.

6. Click on the Save As an option to save the pasted image. Make sure you type in the desired file name, then choose jpg as the image format.

Using Snipping Tool

1. To use the Snipping Tool, click on the Start button on your computer and type Snipping Tool in the Search box. Click on the results to open the app and minimize it.

3. Select what kind of snip you want. To do this, click on the drop-down arrow next to Mode.

4. In the given list, select an option you prefer.

5. Select the area of your sheet you want to capture to immediately copy the area to the Snipping Tool window.

6. Click the Save button after you have typed in the desired file name and preferred image format.
